As I've mentioned before, I actually like going to the gym and go pretty regularly. I'm not really a treadmill fan, I prefer the all the other machines. I just get so bored on the treadmill.
I'm also one of those annoying people who takes my phone with me when I work out. I don't actually talk on the phone, but I check my email from time to time. Yes, you guessed it, I believe that the world will end if I don't check my email every 5 minutes.
So I happened to get a rather important email that I had been waiting for for days when this happened: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q9PbXTx8geM I wish I was joking.
I'm not exactly sure what happened, I guess I wasn't paying attention and I was going at high speed and missed a step. This poor guy actually got off his machine to help me up. Its quite interesting how hard people find it to hide their laughter. I found the situation hilarious myself... that is until I came home and found a huge bruise on my left thigh. I also managed to scrape my knee.
I think I need to start looking for a new gym after this little ... 'incident'. I also think, I'll leave my blackberry in my locker from now on.

no fear. i'm a survivor of a public treadmill fall and i'm still going -- with my head held high!
but i do use mostly the elliptical -- i have not forgiven that stupid treadmill.
I survived ladies and even went back to the gym. I still get little smiles from the people who witnessed "the incident" :)

lol aw well you get mad props for going back and moving on with life! I prob would have hid for like months lol.. plus youre hot so you can get away with almost anything :P
